CloudCraft EMR

Regional Medical Center

CloudCraft is a full electronic medical records system built for a regional medical center. It manages the entire clinical workflow — from the moment a patient is scheduled to final billing — in a single integrated platform.

Naia designed and built CloudCraft from the ground up, working directly with clinic staff to ensure the system fits real workflows rather than forcing staff to adapt to rigid software.

  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Clinical encounter documentation
  • Lab results and diagnostic tracking
  • End-to-end billing — superbill generation, pre-claim validation, claims submission, and claim management
  • Patient portal — lab results, visit history, and health records
  • Secure clinical messaging (HISP)
  • Document management and screening results

02 Field Operations

Southeastern Pond Management

Pond Management Company · Built under NBS

A full web application and tablet system built for a pond management company operating across multiple regional offices. The web application handles back-office management, while field technicians use a tablet-based tool on-site to document service visits, fish stocking, and environmental data — replacing paper-based processes entirely.

The system ties field operations directly to QuickBooks for billing, eliminating manual data re-entry between field and office.

  • Customer and property management
  • In-field service record documentation
  • Fish stocking records and recommendations
  • Management plans and schedules
  • Fertilization and feeder routes
  • Herbicide tracking
  • Invoice generation — email, SMS, and print delivery
  • QuickBooks billing integration
  • Multi-office support
Result

Doubled output on management plans — driving a significant increase in sales volume. The owner later sold the business to new investors, with the software cited as core to the company's value.

03 Supply Distribution

Wittichen Supply

HVAC & Plumbing Distributor · Birmingham, AL

Wittichen Supply operated 12 locations selling HVAC and plumbing supplies across the region. Their counter sales process was entirely paper-based — and the owner's mandate was clear: any software system had to be as fast as writing an order by hand, or faster. A line at the counter was the enemy.

Naia built a keyboard-driven point-of-sale system where the operator's hands never left the keyboard. The result was a system that outpaced the paper process — giving Wittichen the speed its customers expected while delivering full inventory visibility across all locations.

  • Keyboard-driven counter sales — no mouse required
  • Real-time inventory drawdowns across all locations
  • Purchase history and inventory trend reporting
  • Multi-location support across 12 sites
04 Manufacturing

Southland Tube

Steel Tubing Manufacturer · Birmingham, AL

Southland Tube manufactured steel tubing from raw master coils, converting them through multiple stages — slitting, forming, and welding — into finished product. Without software, inventory existed on paper. The company couldn't accurately report what it had on hand at any stage of production, making commodity cost management nearly impossible and the business difficult to value for acquisition.

Naia built an end-to-end inventory tracking system covering every stage of the manufacturing process — from receiving master coils by weight on a truck scale to tagging finished bundles on the production floor. The CFO reported the system paid for itself in under 12 months. When Southland Tube was sold to Nucor Steel, accurate inventory was a key factor in the company's valuation.

  • Raw material receiving and tagging at scale
  • Process-stage inventory tracking — master coil through finished tube
  • Industrial barcode and tag printing
  • Real-time inventory drawdowns at each production stage
  • Inventory reporting and commodity cost management

05 Industrial Distribution

Gerab

Industrial Supply Company · Dubai, UAE

Gerab operated across 10 countries, managing a complex quoting process entirely on spreadsheets. Individual quotes could run to a thousand line items, each requiring pricing and gross margin calculations. The manual process was a bottleneck that limited how many quotes the sales team could turn around.

Naia automated the quoting system end to end — eliminating spreadsheets, standardizing the process across all countries, and giving the sales team the capacity to handle far greater volume. Quote output tripled. The business grew 40%.

  • Multi-country quoting platform
  • Complex multi-line item pricing and gross margin calculation
  • Quote management, tracking, and history
